Tier 1 Desktop Support Engineer
Hybrid (4 days onsite)

We’re looking for a smart, steady Desktop Support Engineer who’s comfortable supporting a fast-paced, sophisticated user base or both MAC and Windows products.
What You’ll Do
- Provide hands-on support for both Mac and Windows devices
- Own day-to-day MDM support using JAMF (Mac) and Intune (Windows)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, printers (yes, still a thing), and general “my computer hates me” situations
- Deliver clear, friendly, patient communication to users who know what they want and expect top-tier service
- Document steps, fixes, known issues, and contribute to process improvement over time
What You Bring
- 1 to 5 years of desktop support or help desk experience
- Strong troubleshooting instincts and the ability to follow issues through to completion
- Experience supporting both MacOS and Windows environments
- Hands-on experience with JAMF and Intune for device management
- Professional, confident communication style, especially with senior business users
