Sr. Desktop Engineer/Tier 2 VIP Support
Position Overview
We’re seeking a highly skilled Desktop Engineer with strong customer service and VIP support experience. The ideal candidate combines exceptional technical troubleshooting abilities with professional communication skills to deliver a seamless technology experience for executives and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced end-user support for Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Deliver VIP/executive-level support, ensuring minimal downtime and a white-glove experience.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and create new user groups within Active Directory and M365.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Assist Tier 1/2 technicians with escalations and share best practices.
- Maintain clear documentation and procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
Requirements
- 3+ years of IT experience in desktop or end-user support roles.
- Strong expertise with Microsoft 365, Windows, and macOS environments.
- Proficiency with Active Directory, user/group management, and identity access controls.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and endpoint management tools.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

- Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP)
- HDI Desktop Advanced Support Technician
- MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert
AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
