Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will serve as a key partner to the CEO and other senior leaders at Muru. This role involves handling a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, enabling the leadership team to focus on high-level strategy and execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is exceptionally organized, and has a knack for anticipating needs before they arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for the CEO and team.
- Communication: Act as a liaison for internal and external communications, ensuring clear and timely responses.
- Documentation: Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials as needed.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize team meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Operational Support: Help with expense tracking, vendor management, and other operational tasks.
- Event Planning: Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and team-training activities.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and project management software (e.g. Jira), as well as the ability to harness AI to increase productivity and output.
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
- A passion for startups, technology, and innovation is a plus!
