LBAPS is a leading ABA company dedicated to serving the holistic needs of children and families. Our team is committed to continuous improvement, growth, and learning to achieve success together. We are currently seeking a part-time and/or full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.
Responsibilities
- supervising paraprofessionals
- Conducting client assessments
- Providing parent training
- Designing tailored curricula and behavioral plans based on assessment results and data analysis.
Requirements
- Experience working with individuals with autism and a strong grasp of evidence-based practices are essential qualifications.
- Candidates must hold certification as a BCBA and/ or be licensed as an NYS LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst).
- Previous experience in Applied Behavior Analysis or teaching children with disabilities is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with VB-MAPP and Vineland assessments is advantageous.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
