A global financial services firm is seeking an Associate Human Resources Business Partner to join its dynamic and collaborative HR team in Midtown Manhattan. This is a high-exposure opportunity for a rising HR professional to support a full spectrum of HR functions in a fast-paced, global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the full employee lifecycle, including internal transfers, onboarding, terminations, organizational changes, performance management, and year-end compensation processes
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and HR leadership to implement talent planning strategies
• Prepare data-driven reports and polished presentations to support workforce reviews and planning meetings
• Manage logistics related to employee movement, including international and cross-department transfers
• Coordinate with Recruiting and HR Operations teams to ensure alignment and process efficiency
• Assist with employee relations matters by supporting case documentation and issue tracking
• Review and analyze HR data using Excel, drawing insights to inform decision-making
• Support ongoing process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions
• Provide administrative support for HR transactions with a strong emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality
