Associate with BNP Paribas Securities Corp. 787 Seventh Avenue, New York, NY 10019 Job Duties: Function within the Diversified Industries team to support the origination and execution of Advisory activities. Assist with marketing and execution of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) transactions. Prepare and produce marketing and pitch materials to assist the senior team on client coverage initiatives. Prepare team credentials, company profiles, market research, and valuations. Conduct valuation analyses on public and private companies and build financial models, and comparable company analyses. Perform industry and company-specific research for internal credit committees on potential financings. Screen potential buyers for various assets and companies using S&P Capital IQ, Pitchbook, and equity research reports. Draft industry research materials and update market data on a regular basis for senior team. Coordinate deals of all parties involved in managing the transaction and identify cross-selling opportunities within existing Advisory portfolio. Build and maintain a database of comparable publicly traded companies, transactions, and industry research. Support and coordinate live transactions through day-to-day coordination with management, bidders, and advisors. Review and refine valuation analysis and financial models with appropriate assumptions. Telecommuting permitted 20%: work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the BNP Paribas Securities Corp office in New York, NY. Travel required 10% to North America and Europe.Position requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or Foreign Equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Management, Accounting, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in job offered or a related role.
