We are working with the Senior Finance Director of a P/E backed Services company based in New York, NY. They are looking to bring on a dynamic Financial Analyst to join their team to support FP&A, Investor reporting, and strategic initiatives such as M&A. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with the Senior Director to build and manage budgets and forecasts for the Retail and Corporate business functions
- Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, variance analyses, and model key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decision-making
- Assist in preparing monthly investor reporting packages and quarterly board deliverables
- Support M&A and integration efforts, as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of FP&A, Investment Banking, or Consulting experience
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Hyperion or NetSuite
