About the Role
Are you a dedicated, energetic, and self-motivated Facilities Operations professional who thrives on challenging the norm? We’re looking for a proactive Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this essential role, you’ll contribute to creating a safe, clean, and efficient environment across our campus facilities. As a key member of the facilities team, you’ll be responsible for conducting daily inspections, addressing service quality concerns, managing work orders, and coordinating vendor services to support seamless campus operations.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Control
- Conduct daily campus inspections to maintain a safe, clean, and functional environment. Identify and address maintenance issues, develop solutions for long-term improvements, respond to service requests, and handle facility inquiries as needed.
Work Order Management
- Receive, manage, and track work order requests, ensuring timely resolution. Escalate issues as needed to maintain smooth operations and meet service expectations.
Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate services with internal teams and external vendors for maintenance, repairs, and installations. Ensure high-quality service and timely completion of tasks.
HelpDesk Tickets
- Monitor, prioritize, and update ticket statuses to maintain an efficient workflow and keep stakeholders informed.

- Ability to proactively troubleshoot and provide practical solutions.
Reports To: Facilities Operations Manager
Position Type: Temporary, 35 hours per week, (0-12 months)
Pay Rate: $45 per hour
