Our client, a dynamic organization in the facilities management sector, is seeking a Facilities Operations Coordinator to join their team. As a Facilities Operations Coordinator, you will be part of the facilities team supporting campus operations. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Facilities Operations Coordinator
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Pay Range: $28-35/hr
What's the Job?
Conduct daily campus inspections to maintain a safe, clean, and functional environment.
Receive, manage, and track work order requests, ensuring timely resolution.
Coordinate services with internal teams and external vendors for maintenance, repairs, and installations.
Monitor, prioritize, and update help desk ticket statuses to maintain an efficient workflow.
Identify and address maintenance issues, developing solutions for long-term improvements.
What's Needed?
Experience in facilities, property management, building services, or a similar role.
Familiarity with facility management software and ticketing systems.
Ability to proactively troubleshoot and provide practical solutions.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
Effective communicator for collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and contractors.
