Responsibilities

Position Summary

Hudson Yards Experiences is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to work across a variety of functions supporting HYE’s marketing efforts. The successful candidate must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously while working to tight deadlines.

With a passion for engaging and inspiring audiences on a global scale, they will assist with all HYE marketing efforts to raise brand awareness of Hudson Yards Experiences and to support overall ticket sales initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Director of Marketing, Brand & Creative.

Responsibilities


  • Support on the implementation of the B2C marketing strategy to reach commercial objectives, collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and sales for all Hudson Yards Experiences attractions.
  • Support with content creation for digital and print materials, including website content, email newsletters, on site signage, advertising and sales collateral.
  • Day-to-day liaison with creative agency including briefing and review processes.
  • Manage website content updates and ensure all information is up to date.
  • Assist with the implementation of digital marketing strategies including website and ticketing, CRM, SEO and paid advertising.
  • Support SEO efforts by creating copy/content for blog posts.
  • Implement email marketing campaigns and monitor KPIs and results.
  • Support the planning, promotion, and execution of events and activations.
  • Assist in the management of partnerships with external organizations and cross-promotional initiatives to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Assist in building ticketing structures for events.
  • Assist with the development and execution of promotional offers.
  • Be a brand champion, ensuring our brand voice and personality is reflected in all copy, content and creative.
  • Traffic creative/paid media assets.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and assets, updating as necessary.
  • Be the first point of contact for collateral requests from internal departments (such as Sales and Operations) and manage the creative brief process.
  • Assist in planning and managing cross-promotion opportunities with the Hudson Yards marketing team, ensuring seamless integration across various channels (newsletters, website and signage).
  • Update the marketing & promotional calendar with key events and activations.
  • Collaborate with F&B partner for events and activations and oversee all on site menu updates.
  • Assist with on-site special events, photography and video productions (that may be on weekends and outside normal business hours).
  • Assist in pulling reports and analyzing results.
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing team, including organizing meetings, sharing agendas and detailed minutes, processing ticket requests, raising POs, processing invoices.

Compensation:

The base pay for this role is expected to fall within the range listed below.

For non-union positions, in addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Anticipated hourly range: $33.00 / hour

The final offer will depend on several factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and local market conditions.

Qualifications

Qualifications:


  • 1-3 years of professional marketing experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing or related field.
  • Experience in the tourism, entertainment, or hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Experience working with external agencies.
  • Experience of working within brand guidelines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting.
  • Understanding of data and ability to report on it.
  • Strong creative thinking, with a passion for creating compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Graphic design skills is a plus.
