We are seeking an IH Lab Technician 2 to join our New York City, NY team! Come join us!

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Sample preparation and sample analysis by PLM, PCM and TEM methods.

• Equipment calibration and equipment maintenance.

• Sample log in and log out as needed.

• Quality report completions with signature , dates, and quality information.

• Responsible for QA/QC activities under the supervision of the lead Quality Manager.

• Participation in Audits, Proficiency tests and all Quality related activities.

• Checking data generated during proficiency tests and round robins.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's of Science Degree or 5-10 years of professional experience.

• At least 3 years of analyzing samples in different matrixes and using PLM, PMC and TEM methodologies.

• At least 3 years of analytical experience and managing quality assurance responsibilities.

• Responsible, punctual, flexible with time. Able to multi-task and able to work weekends and night shifts as needed.

Technical requirements:

• PLM, PCM, and TEM certifications required.

• Capable of utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Possesses knowledge of ELAP, NVLAP methodologies.

Other miscellaneous qualities:

• Must be a team player able to share responsibilities, multi task, and be flexible with time.
