Join the Compensation team as a Compensation Advisor, Executive Director!
As a Compensation Advisor, Executive Director within our Corporate team, you will support the Compensation Executive by providing cross-functional and cross-segment reporting, analysis, and presentations for senior management to make strategic business decisions. You will also prepare the Compensation Executive for meetings, handle year-end processes, and lead key projects and processes within the Compensation P&A team.
Job Responsibilities:
Support the Compensation Executive by providing cross Functional and cross segment reporting, analysis and presentations for senior management to make strategic business decisions
Prepare Compensation Executive for meetings across the Corporate OC throughout the year on compensation topics to provide a common understanding/transparency including the YE Corporate top paid, outline calendar, outline materials
Support Year End Process: Pool distribution, spend vs. pool tracking , on both salary and IC
Partner on pool scenarios for structural incumbent work validating methodology and key inputs with relevant parties
Partner closely with Finance on EIC budget inputs, tracking of budget on EIC and ad-hoc requests (e.g. productivity)
Lead and partner on key projects and process across Compensation P&A team
Coordinate, reporting and presentation for SLA awards
Collaborate with comp leads, review exec benchmarking roles and results for consumption across Corp and FWF
Standardize program work across Corp and FWF and Tech to create a consistent op model with segment/ recruiting and program leads for campus rate review, grid updates/timing and communication and data tracking. Prepare summaries to present with Program teams for Comp exec's, HR Exec's and segment leads
Support both the TDP and Functions segments in preparing and reviewing materials and metrics for monthly MBRs with inputs from Comp leads
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Strong analytical and data / information management skills with a Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience
Relevant Compensation experience
High level of proficiency with Microsoft applications. Advanced understanding of Excel is required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
Detail and results oriented, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities all within a fast paced team environment
Self-initiator with a high degree of intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn and think outside of the box
Strong project management, analytical, and technical skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to convey a story through analysis and metrics
