Executive Assistant, CreditSights

About the Team
The Executive Assistant will provide full support to our co-heads of CreditSights & some administrative support to 4 senior members of their team.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Manage calendar, schedule events, meetings and general administrative support for the executives and team, including often complex and challenging international travel arrangements
- Manage logistics for internal, external meetings and corporate events, i.e: team building event, client event, townhall and etc.
- Handle general administrative duties for the team, i.e. compiling internal communications, managing expense reports, etc.
- Manage complex projects, requiring inputs from multiple sources, ensuring the timely completion of work at a very high standard
- Prepare complex PowerPoint presentations, excel reports and draft correspondence, and email communications.
- Take initiative in completing assignments, solving problems, and seeking solutions.
- Prioritize assignments, juggle various tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines all with minimal supervision
- Willingness to assist with and/or lead office management tasks as required
- Strong project coordination and operational understanding
- Familiarity with expense & travel booking best practices
You May be a Good Fit if:
- 5+ years’ experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting a CEO, COO or other C-level executive
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- A curious & proactive mindset that drive continuous learning and improvement
- Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High degree of professionalism in all respects
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Flexible and able to multitask, and prioritize work
- In the office 3-days a week

FOR NEW YORK AND CHICAGO ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $90,000 and $115,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
