Senior Product Designer

Collect, process, and synthesize information gathered from user tests, Network Policy Server (NPS) data, site data, surveys, and internal conversations to produce high-quality design-solutions from concept to execution. Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to define user and product requirements. Develop design solutions, including prototypes or wireframes, as well as final mockups that achieve the intended objective. Present design solutions including prototypes or basic markup, to teammates, managers, and stakeholders and walking the audience through decisions with an understanding of user goals, business goals, and feasibility. Iterate on designs, integrating insights and feedback from the team, stakeholders, user research, and data results from releases to continually improve the user experience and product. Stay up to-date on the latest native UX/UI patterns for both Android and iOS, and integrate knowledge of how those updates affect user experience.Requirements:•Bachelor’s degree in information science, computer science, information systems, or a related field, and three years of experience in consumer-facing web software/applications or SaaS. •Expertise in UI/UX design, systems design, user experience principles, wireframing and prototyping. •Proficiency in graphic and motion design. •Proficiency in CSS. •Proficiency in JavaScript.
