In this role, you will be responsible for independently driving analytical initiatives from ideation to execution. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs, propose data-driven approaches, deliver actionable insights, and manage expectations through effective communication.Key Responsibilities:* Lead the development of analytical solutions by independently identifying problems, designing methodologies, and executing analyses.* Engage with stakeholders to understand business questions, define success criteria, and scope analytical projects appropriately.* Proactively propose approaches and frameworks to solve ambiguous or complex problems using data.* Translate technical results into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.* Manage stakeholder expectations by setting clear timelines, communicating risks, and ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.* Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineering, product, finance, and operations teams as needed.* Maintain a strong focus on delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.Qualifications:* 4+ years of experience in an analytics, data science, or business intelligence role.* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently structure approaches to open-ended questions.* Proficiency in SQL and experience with analytical tools such as Power BI or Tableau.* Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and align multiple stakeholders.* Proven ability to translate complex data into business insights and recommendations.* Strong project management skills and ability to manage deadlines independently.Preferred Qualifications:* Experience with Python for data analysis or automation tasks.* Experience using Alteryx or similar data transformation tools.* Familiarity with cloud-based analytics technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or similar platforms.* Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.* Background in financial reporting.For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is$98,300.00-$142,550.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
