**What You’ll Do **
You will be responsible for: The Strategic Long Range Planning, Annual Budgeting, P&L Resource Reallocation, Quarterly Estimate deliverables, and Financial Analysis on brand innovation for the Global Brand. This role will collaborate with brand senior leadership, functional teams, and various brand partners to recommend and deliver actionable strategic choices to deliver brand’s mission.
Financial Planning and Forecasting
• Support the development, evaluation, and execution of the Global Brand strategy, including key assumptions, competitive landscape analysis, market share goals, and category growth expectations
• Establish Net Sales and NOP (Net Operating Profit) targets aligned with strategic priorities to drive sustainable growth and maximize the brand’s potential
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Partner with finance team in preparation of Quarterly Brand Business review and ensure alignment on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Manage the planning, analysis and reporting of critical lines of the brand P&Ls including Net Sales, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and SMAP (Sales, Marketing, Advertising, and Promotion) investments
• Develop ad hoc reports and analytics to support resource planning and other business decisions, in partnership with the Global Brand team, Corporate Reporting, and Region Stakeholders
• Partner with Pricing team to analyze and recommend the strategic, financial and competitive impacts pricing will have on the Budget and Long Range Plan
Strategic Analysis
• Assist in the review and management of the brand P&L, with focus on COGS, Gross Margin, and OPEX (Operating Expense) optimization, to build deep brand knowledge and provide a strong foundation for FP&A function
• Support financial analysis on brand innovation, with a focus on evaluating new product launches for financial viability and expected returns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and long-term growth targets
• Provide support for special projects, including project management responsibilities, to drive business initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
Collaboration & Business Partnership
• Collaborate with business teams to develop robust financial models and monitor performance across franchises, categories, sub-categories, and channels against established KPIs
• Coordinate with Corporate FP&A, Global Brand Value Chain, global teams, and OneSource to ensure timely information flow and alignment with key deadlines
• Partner directly with regional teams to gain insights on business performance drivers and support informed decision-making

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree – Accounting or Finance, MBA a plus but not required
• 5 years of experience
• Preferred experience in fast moving consumer products industry
• Preferred experience in building data visualization in systems such as Tableau
• Ability to collaborate and drive cross-functional consensus and strong communication and presentation skills necessary
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to research, identify and resolve, and perform value added FP&A functions
• Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines, organized, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Ability to work independently and in groups
• Has experience using the following systems: OneStream and SAP
