About The Role:

As Research Analyst, you will provide research and analysis support of commercial real estate markets. The role will encompass certain regular tasks around the collection and analysis of core data, as well as a range of activities that contribute to and support the team’s production and delivery of research material.

What You'll Do:

• Research, collect and enter market information regarding the commercial real estate market.

• Track and gather data on properties, transactions, tenants, tenants in the market, new developments, etc.

• Assist in the creation of both standard and customized point of sale Research outputs, under the supervision of a Research Manager.

• Connect with brokers and developers to gather market intelligence.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office, PowerBI, Snowflake, or Tableau.

• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive approach.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Research Analyst position is $60,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Research Analyst position is $111,500 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
