About The Role:
As a CBRE Research Analyst, you’ll support the research team to forecast real estate market trends and assess the impact of economic, social, and political changes. This job is part of the Consulting Research function. They are responsible for forecasting real estate market trends and assessing the impact of a variety of economic, social, and political changes.
What You'll Do:
* Research, collect and enter market information regarding the commercial real estate market.
* Track and gather data on properties, transactions, tenants, tenants in the market, new developments, etc.
* Assist in the creation of both standard and customized point of sale Research outputs, under the supervision of a Research Manager.
* Connect with brokers and developers to gather market intelligence.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
