Our client is currently seeking a qualified IT Technician to join their team onsite in New York, NY and provide end-user support. The ideal candidate must have a valid drivers license, clean MVR, and reliable transportation.

This technician will work Monday to Thursday, 6:00pm - 9:00pm and Tuesday to Friday, 8:00am - 10:00am. Evening hours 6:00pm - 9:00pm are equipment installations and morning hours 8:00am - 10:00am will be testing equipment installations.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Device scanner installation

• Computer and tablet configuration

• Peripheral device wire management

• Test installed devices

• Track installed devices

• Perform sign off on completed site

• Place equipment removed in boxes for shipment and refurbishment and return to stock

• Perform workstation configuration

• Manually add scanners

Skills and Qualifications :

• Excellent customer service skills

• Printer installation experience

• Attention to detail and able to adapt in a changing environment

Wage Range :

The rate for this position is between $18.75 - $27.50 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
