Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:- Providing exceptional customer service to employees, candidates, and guests by greeting them warmly and assisting with inquiries.- Managing the reception area - receiving mail and packages, maintaining organization, and using visitor management tools.- Supporting the Workplace Operations Manager with company events, meetings, and office-wide programs that foster connection and belonging.- Handling employee requests and coordinating space reservations through internal systems like ServiceNow.- Ensuring shared spaces such as wellness rooms, conference rooms, and supply areas are clean, stocked, and ready for use.- Partnering with internal teams and external vendors to keep office operations running seamlessly.- Assisting with special projects and helping to promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.Who You AreYou're someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and staying organized in a dynamic environment.
