**Job Description**



We are seeking talented and dedicated Line Cooks to join our team at two prestigious NYC locations. The role involves preparing and cooking a variety of dishes for daily buffet service, ensuring all food is prepared according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines. You will maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and buffet stations, adhering to health and safety regulations. This position requires working effectively and professionally in a corporate NYC setting while upholding company standards for food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety.



**Responsibilities**



+ Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for daily buffet service.

+ Ensure all food is prepared according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and buffet stations in compliance with health and safety regulations.

+ Work effectively and professionally in a corporate NYC setting.

+ Uphold company standards for food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety.



**Essential Skills**



+ Minimum 1+ years prep experience or equivalent job experience.

+ Expertise in food safety, food handling, and food preparation.

+ Proficiency in cooking and food service.

+ Ability to maintain exceptional personal record of punctuality and attendance.



**Additional Skills & Qualifications**



+ Customer service oriented with experience in hospitality.

+ Ability to perform duties in a responsible and efficient manner.

+ Experience with tray line operations.

**Pay and Benefits**



The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $23.50/hr.
