Good thanks is a popular dining destination in Williamsburg Brooklyn, we are known for our brunch and breakfast. The role will be 5 days including both Saturday and Sunday. roughly 8-5pm (40-50 hrs). The days off will be Tuesday and Wednesday.
You will be expected to:
- Complete prep and recipes accurately and consistently
- Communicate well with Chef, AM Lead Line and management (this means texting and email)
- Have a positive and friendly attitude toward all team members
- Have a passion and care for Cooking and restaurants
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen
- Positive attitude, collaborative and detail oriented.
- Working knowledge of Department of Health (DOH) standards.
- Must have NYC food handlers license
- legal working documents
