About the Role

As an Account Coordinator, you’ll support the execution of influencer gifting, affiliate programs, and community strategies across multiple client accounts. You’ll work closely with an Account Manager, helping run the day-to-day operations that power high-volume, high-impact creator programs.

This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, scrappy, plugged into trends, and eager to develop deep expertise in influencer and affiliate marketing.

What You’ll Do

Gifting Strategy & Execution

Support end-to-end gifting campaigns: build lists, coordinate shipments, track fulfillment, and monitor post output.

Maintain inventory and communicate replenishment needs with clients and internal teams.

Build and maintain organized systems for tracking deliveries, outreach, and content.

Propose creative gifting ideas tied to cultural moments, launches, and seasonal themes.

Influencer Partnerships & Relations

Research and vet creators aligned with client goals and demographics.

Assist with influencer outreach (DM/email) and ongoing relationship management.

Draft briefs that clearly communicate messaging, deliverables, and brand tone.

Coordinate product delivery and collect content for client use.

Affiliate Marketing & Creator Commerce

Support setup and management of affiliate programs via ShopMy, Superafilliate, and TikTok Shop.

Help recruit and onboard creators into affiliate programs.

Track performance (clicks, conversions, GMV) and flag insights to optimize results.

Keep affiliate data, commission structures, and dashboards organized.

Performance Tracking & Insights

Monitor performance across gifting, influencer, and affiliate efforts.

Pull metrics, update trackers, and support the creation of weekly/monthly client reports.

Stay up-to-date on platform changes and emerging trends to inform strategy.

Content & Creative Support

Help brainstorm campaign concepts, creator angles, and creative hooks.

Organize UGC content for client repurposing across paid, organic, and affiliate channels.

Maintain up-to-date spreadsheets, trackers, and project management boards.

Administrative & Client Support

Prep agendas, take notes, and support client communications.

Maintain clean, organized documentation across all client accounts.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, PR, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social media, or PR (beauty/CPG/lifestyle preferred).
  • Exceptionally strong organization and multitasking skills.
  • Clear, polished written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace + comfort with spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with platforms like ShopMy, TikTok Shop, Shopify Collabs, Archive, Tribe Dynamics is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with a strong pulse on pop culture, TikTok, creators, and emerging digital trends.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style, hands-on environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $58,000–$68,000 (NYC Pay Transparency Requirement)
