About the Role:

We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to spearhead our OTC product and OTC medical device expansion in the U.S. market. You’ll play a key role in developing sales strategies, opening new accounts, and building strong relationships with retail pharmacies, wholesalers, and healthcare distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth for over-the-counter (OTC) pharmaceuticals and OTC medical devices

Develop and execute sales strategies targeting pharmacies, clinics, distributors, and e-commerce channels

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners in the OTC space

Identify trends and opportunities in the U.S. OTC healthcare market

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with market needs

Mentor and support junior sales staff as the team grows

● 3+ years of sales experience in OTC healthcare, medical devices, or consumer health products

● Demonstrated success in B2B or retail sales of over-the-counter healthcare items

● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
