• Senior Software Engineer focused on developing features and integrations for marketing content management system using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) on-premises.

• Role is primarily feature development, not just maintenance.

• Team consists of about 12 people (full-time and contingent workers), mainly in New York, with some in Mountain View.

• Regular interaction with engineers, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), especially developing new features and integrations.

• Primary programming language is Java; candidates must be proficient in Java.

• Minimal use of Python (occasional scripting) and no C++ required, despite being listed in the default job description.

• Experience with AEM version 6.5.23 is preferred.

• Not all six years of required software engineering experience must be in AEM, but 2-3 years of AEM experience is preferred.

• Candidates should have enough AEM experience to be effective immediately.

• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and proactively identify and resolve problems.

• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional peers, including designers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
