We’re growing fast and looking for an Account Manager who can keep pace. Someone who knows how to own client relationships, turn chaos into clarity, and make creative work that actually drives results. If you’ve ever sent a 10pm meme to a client (and it hit), we want you on our team.

• Be the face of Golden Egg to our clients, run point, build trust, and make them feel like they’ve got the smartest partner in the room.
• Own the full life cycle of campaigns across TikTok, Reels, Shorts, X, etc. from pitch decks to final delivery.
• Work hand-in-hand with editors, creators, and researchers to execute high-performing creative at speed.
• Write killer briefs, send weekly updates, lead fast-paced client calls, and never drop a ball.
• Spot viral trends before they pop and bring them into our content before everyone else does.
• Help build internal systems that scale, processes, workflows, playbooks, vibes.

• You’re based in NYC (or willing to be).
• You’ve got 2–3 years of experience in social, content, or marketing, agency or brand-side, or you’ve built a personal brand yourself.
• You’re surgical with details and deadly with communication: clear, fast, and always on point.
• You live online, love content, and understand what makes things go viral (and what makes them flop).
• You can manage multiple clients, creators, and deliverables without breaking a sweat.
• You’re fluent in Google Drive, Notion, Canva, ChatGPT, and maybe a little Gemini/Claude/Midjourney.
• Bonus: you’ve worked with creators, AI tools, or built systems in chaos before.

💸 Salary: $55K–$70K
