Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with Google Ad Solutions and video advertising (i.e., AI-powered Performance and Video, CTV).
- Understanding the competitor landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
- Understanding of brand marketing.
- Background or expertise in the streaming industry.
- Skilled in working across multiple general and specialist teams, setting the vision and holding partners accountable for delivering on client goals.

You will lead collaborative efforts with data, analytics, and specialist partners to interpret MMM and MTA results, improving business outcomes for both Google and the client. As a natural at building rapport, trust, and collaborative partnerships, you will act as a strategic advisor and problem-solver.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
