A prestigious investment firm is looking for a high-achieving professional to join its Recruiting team as a Lead Recruiting Coordinator. This person will work closely with HR, internal teams, and external partners to help meet the firm’s strategic hiring goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Personally manage candidate scheduling and oversee interview logistics
• Lead and support a small team of coordinators—offering guidance, feedback, and training to ensure consistency and excellence
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to improve communication, processes, and overall efficiency
• Help onboard and train new team members

What They’re Looking For:

• A bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally within a high-performing recruiting or people-focused team
• Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and effective communication are essential
• Background in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations is preferred
• Experience managing or mentoring others is a bonus

Compensation:
