Job Overview – Executive Assistant (Hybrid):

Compensation: $95,000 – $105,000/year + bonus

Location: New York, NY

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Atlantic Group is hiring an Executive Assistant for our client in New York, NY (Hybrid) to provide high-level administrative support in a fast-paced financial services environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in calendar management, travel coordination, and handling confidential documents, supporting seamless operations through expert organization and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to multiple team members across various departments.
  • Calendar & Travel Coordination: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, and arrange domestic and international travel.
  • Expense & Document Handling: Submit expense reports, oversee document flow, and manage multi-party signature processes.
  • Inbox & Communication Management: Monitor shared inboxes and handle professional phone communication on behalf of the team.
  • Event & Vendor Coordination: Organize internal events and serve as the liaison with external vendors and business contacts.
  • Confidential Oversight: Handle sensitive legal, financial, and operational documents with discretion and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and standard office equipment.
  • Skills & Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional, with strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset in fast-paced environments.
