The ideal candidate will partner with Artfarm marketing and communications team alongside US restaurant operational leaders to engage our communities and guests through both acquisition and retention marketing and communication strategies.
You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Produce and update marketing collateral.
- Draft copy and/or proofread external communications.
- Provide local organic content for social media platforms ensuring that information is correct and shared in good timing.
- Ensure that documents, TV’s, social media pages and website are up to date with content and imagery.
- Manage and build relationships with specific press and PR agencies and third parties.
- Host media visits.
- Write and build customer newsletters ensuring content is both on brand and with clear CTA.
- Work closely with the General Managers on reactive marketing as necessary.
- Manage the local social media platforms.
- Develop and gather marketing intelligence.
- Understand the customer group and local marketing opportunities.
- Work closely with wider Marketing and PR teams to ensure that marketing and PR campaigns are integrated and aligned across the group.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous Marketing experience within a fast-paced hospitality business is preferable.
- Passionate about the hospitality industry and displays a good understanding of its emerging trends.
- Excellent content and copywriting and proof-reading skills, and excellent communication in all of its forms.
- Set the voice and tone of our US sites.
- A proactive and adaptable nature, capable of multitasking and troubleshooting.
- Confident in being creative in design and application.
- Great organisation with strong time management, prioritisation, and execution.
- Always holding high standards of quality delivery.
