Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Manhattan, NY, for a Sales position. The Sales associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing expert knowledge on luxury watches, and closing sales transactions. The role also involves managing inventory, assisting with merchandising, and ensuring the store meets sales targets. The Sales associate will participate in training sessions and help to train new staff members.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in luxury watch sales
- Proven Sales experience in luxury retail settings
- Experience in Training and Sales Management
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Must be located in the New York Area.
