FTNSS is a fitness marketplace built for modern travelers—offering short-term access to gyms across major cities. We’re looking for a full-time salesperson to help drive gym acquisition and onboarding.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in the field, knows how to build trust with small business owners, and can manage a full sales cycle with limited oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with independent gyms, studios, and fitness spaces
• Conduct in-person site visits and demos to convert leads into active partners
• Own the onboarding process from contract to listing activation
• Track and report sales activity, pipeline progress, and partner feedback
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless partner experience

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, fitness, hospitality, or related industries
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Must be currently based in NYC or surrounding areas.
• Able to manage a sales process independently and hit defined targets
• Based in or willing to regularly travel domestically for site visits
• Available 20–40 hours per week with a flexible schedule
• Bonus: Experience in content creation, social media, or brand storytelling
