About the Job
Drive creative excellence as an Art Director, collaborating with the wider Art team to conceptualize and execute innovative designs from concept to completion. Ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality, you will partner with cross-functional teams to guarantee accuracy, visual appeal and brand consistency. With expertise in art direction, strategic thinking and creative execution, you will elevate our agency's design standards, maintaining attention to detail and organizational excellence. *Candidates must have Pharma experience.
A Day in the Life
- Support the Creative team in the development of effective and impactiful concepts from ideation through final projects.
- Design layouts aligned with tone, style and strategy, considering audience needs and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Copy, Editorial, Account, Strategy and Project Management teams.
- Drive strategic thinking, understanding marketing plans, objectives and success metrics.
- Contribute innovative ideas aligned with client marketing strategies and audience needs.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Art and Design or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in Visual Communications, Art Direction and Design or related field. Pharma experience a must, Medical Communications experience preferred.
- Digital portfolio showcasing creative ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, collaborative, problem-solving and creative skills with attention to detail.

Salary
$70,000 to $90,000 annually.
