Compensation Range: $25.00 - 31.91 per hour
Are you a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for launching beauty brands that resonate worldwide? We're seeking a Global Brand Marketing Associate to help concept, build, and launch innovative product and campaign strategies from ideation to in-store. This role is ideal for someone who lives at the intersection of beauty, culture, and consumer trends - and is ready to make their mark on a global stage.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of global brand concepts and product/campaign strategies - from initial insights to on-counter execution.
- Conduct and apply market research, trend analysis, and competitive insights to inform launch strategy and positioning.
- Collaborate with markets to ensure timely, cohesive 360° launches across all channels and touchpoints.
- Manage the artwork process, reviewing and approving mechanicals to ensure brand consistency.
- Partner with licensees and cross-functional stakeholders to align on vision, execution, and timelines.
- Develop compelling digital and social-first assets, in alignment with your manager, for global deployment.
- Stay ahead of cultural, digital, and competitive trends across social, retail, OOH, influencer, and content channels.
- Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of experience in Global Marketing or DMI, ideally in beauty or CPG.
- Proven success in product development or global campaign launches.
- High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple complex projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
- Digitally fluent, with a passion for translating insights into social-first, consumer-led storytelling.
- Proactive and resilient - someone who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
- Experience in the fragrance and the beauty industry.
