AI Product Manager / Product Owner

Key Details:

• Salary Bracket: $130,000–$190,000 base, plus up to 25% bonuses, 401(k) match, and solid medical benefits
• Location: Remote-first across the US, with key tech hubs in New York City (HQ), Dallas, Austin, Chicago, and Miami
• Career Outlook: Strong growth opportunities into Group Product Lead, Director of AI Product, or cross-functional strategy roles. This role will evolve in parallel with the AI capability, spanning areas like LLM systems, AI infrastructure, and intelligent applications.

Core Skills and Experience Desired:

• AI-savvy Product Manager: Proven product management experience within digital platforms, enterprise software, or cloud applications, with a strong interest in AI productisation
• LLM-aware: Exposure to AI tooling such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, or LangChain is valued — you don’t need to build the models, but you should understand their commercial application
• Commercially Driven: You know how to define product value, build a case for investment, and translate AI capabilities into business outcomes
• Data-literate: Comfortable working with data analysts, engineers, or ML teams, and familiar with APIs, data platforms, or experimentation workflows
• Customer-centred: Experienced in user research, customer journeys, prototyping, and gathering structured feedback to guide iteration cycles
• Stakeholder Navigator: Adept at managing priorities across business units, executive sponsors, and technical leads
• Delivery Mindset: Familiar with agile product delivery, backlogs, sprints, and MVP iteration — able to balance speed with quality

What You’ll Do:

The role is key to the expanding AI innovation team. You’ll own the product lifecycle for AI-first platforms being built by cross-functional teams. Working alongside engineering, data, and design, you’ll help shape roadmaps, define MVPs, translate use cases, and ensure the commercial viability of intelligent tools and systems.

You’ll focus on delivering scalable AI capabilities, whether that’s automating decision-making, powering generative interfaces, or embedding AI agents into existing business processes. This is a highly visible role with genuine career upside, sitting at the centre of AI product innovation.
