Creative & Marketing Strategy Coordinator
Location: Brooklyn, NY (Hybrid)
Compensation: $15–$20/hour (Part-Time to start)
TopFoxx is a fast-growing, women-owned fashion startup based in New York City, known for delivering innovation-first sunglasses designed for modern, multifaceted women. Our mission is to provide high-performance eyewear that merges fashion with function, empowering women around the globe through thoughtful design and bold storytelling.
We are currently seeking a Creative & Marketing Strategy Coordinator to support visual content production, campaign planning, and cross-functional alignment between creative output and marketing goals. The ideal candidate brings a strong visual aesthetic, familiarity with social-first content, and the ability to translate business objectives into compelling creative execution.
This is a part-time contractor position reporting directly to the CEO, with flexible remote or hybrid working options for candidates based in NYC.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, planning, and execution of creative assets for use across TikTok, Instagram, email, website, and digital advertising campaigns
- Produce/create high-performing content (primarily video) both alone and with CEO with minimal resources, typically using a smartphone (iPhone required)
- Manage and maintain the company-wide content and marketing calendar, ensuring deadlines align with campaign and product launch goals
- Collaborate with internal and external creative contributors to establish clear visual direction, storyboards, and creative briefs
- Monitor visual trends, viral formats, and emerging audio on social media platforms and incorporate these into campaign concepts
- Review and provide structured feedback on visual assets to ensure alignment with brand standards and performance expectations
Who You Are
- Demonstrated experience producing social-first content in a marketing or ecommerce environment
- Strong visual intuition, including an understanding of lighting, angles, movement, and composition for digital platforms
- Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to self-direct and manage timelines independently
- Highly adaptable and proactive, with an ability to pivot quickly in response to campaign needs or content performance data
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok), design tools (Canva, CapCut), and basic asset management systems
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment preferred
Weekly Deliverables
- Execution and editing of multiple social content assets
- Maintenance of content calendar and internal production timelines
- Visual direction and feedback on upcoming creative assets
- Trend research to inform upcoming content ideation and campaign execution
