Our client, a creative agency focusing on high end brands, is looking for a freelance, part time project manager to assist their team.

PLEASE NOTE: The work this role will be supporting is currently in the pitch phase. The client is looking for someone who can come onsite for a team client meeting this Thursday 6/27 at noon (Midtown East) so that their client could meet the full team if the business is won. Interviews for the role would be conducted tomorrow.

If the business is won, this role would then start in August 2025 and be about 5-10 hours per week for the next 6-12 months. The work load and hours may fluctuate from week to week and will be primarily remote, but you should be local to Manhattan and able to come onsite for occasional meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage the workflow for projects across branding, digital, and asset creation.
• Update timelines
• Monitor project progress and set deadlines
• Answer team emails
• Daily status call with Managing Director
  
  

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
