We’re hiring a savvy Project Manager with 3-5 years of creative agency experience who thrives at moving the work forward. The Project Manager is responsible for being the internal driving force, operationalizing projects and teams to ensure they stay on track to meet the schedule and scope with executional excellence. You will be a true team builder, helping to manage agency resources to ensure timelines and budgets are thoughtfully met.This role is hybrid to our New York City office. The annual salary range for this role in the New York market is $80k-$100k in base pay, and the base pay offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis based on experience, skills, training, certifications, education, etc., and will be informed by market data. Responsibilities
- Lead internal agency project execution, including building project plans and timelines, developing estimates, driving workstream progress, constantly seeking solutions.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, ensuring the right people are involved at the right time for the success of the work and ultimately becoming a go-to, trusted partner for the integrated internal team.
- Provide regular updates and reports to project stakeholders and senior management.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues with a focus on seeking solutions to mitigate, in partnership with the integrated team.
- Track client needs, client and internal feedback, and all deliverables so the internal team is constantly tracking to deliver executional excellence.
- Actively coordinate with other PMs to manage and problem-solve overlapping projects and resources.
- Identify resources for projects and actively manage their time against approved project scope and budget.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of project management experience, primarily at advertising agencies (ideally fully integrated).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus).
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira).
- Expert problem-solver who anticipates needs and breaks down barriers.
- Excellent communication, listening, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment & able to manage multiple projects/priorities at once.
