Our client, a performance branding agency, is looking for a Creative Account Manager to join their team full time starting as soon as identified.
In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be able to work onsite 4 days a week Monday - Thursday in Long Island City.
As the Creative Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing the delivery of services, and finding opportunities for growth. The Creative Account Manager will be working under an Account Director and working cross functionally primarily with the internal creative team to meet client needs.
The Creative Account Manager Will Be Responsible For
- the day to day management of client communications
- overseeing all client deliverables ensuring that all requirements are met or exceed expectations
- working with internal teams to develop and tailor communication strategies for each client
- finding areas of opportunity for both agency and client processes to increase efficiencies with workflow
- utilizing client reports to recommend initiatives that will improve performance across digital and social channels
- 2+ years of account management experience ideally at an agency working in digital and social advertising, as well as, partnering with a creative team
- experience developing digital and social communications programming and plans
- strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects at a time
- proven experience developing and fostering client relationships
