Manager - Accounting & Finance Field

Job Requirements:

• Oversee all aspects of finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and preparation of monthly financial statements.
• Manage project accounting, time reporting, billing, audits, and interactions with portfolio companies and investment teams.
• Supervise daily department operations, including transactions related to the general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Provide regular and ad hoc financial reports to senior management.
• Support financial planning and performance management by analyzing revenue and cost drivers.
• Implement and enhance policies, internal controls, accounting standards, and procedures.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting with variance analysis to identify key risks and business drivers.
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5 - 9 years of experience, ideally a mix of public and private accounting.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience with enterprise software, recurring revenue, and partner-driven models.
