Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in New York, NY. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for day-to-day project coordination, overseeing construction project management activities, managing budgets, and ensuring the successful completion of construction projects. The role will involve collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, liaising with clients, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience as a Project Manager
• Experience in Project Coordination and Construction Project Management
• Skilled in Budgeting and Construction Management
• Proficient in Project Management techniques
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in New York, NY
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Prior experience in public sector and community-based projects is a plus
• Certification such as PMP or CCM is desirable
