About the Role: Consultant

As a Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring an outstanding experience for our clients. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Case Managers, the Director of Client Relations, and Managing Partners to maintain strong client engagement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse book of clients, guiding them through key milestones and financial programs
  • Proactively engage clients through regular outreach, updates, and check-ins
  • Onboard and integrate new clients while fostering strong long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with the Business Strategists and other cross-functional teams to enhance the client experience
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Identify opportunities to improve client success, retention, and satisfaction
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and support throughout their journey

What You Bring:

  • Experience in the financial services sector, business consulting or related industries preferred.
  • Background in Client Relationship Management, Client Success, or Account Management
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy and efficiency
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM platforms
  • Critical thinking skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A passion for helping businesses succeed and grow

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year (based on experience)
