Responsibilities

• Manage execution of Client Lifecycle/Pathway process, ensuring proactive planning and timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
• Serve as individual contributor on key accounts, responsible for client strategy and lifecycle execution as Client Team Lead.
• Prepare client presentations with support from Account Manager and Analyst.
• Ensure client adherence to Compliance requirements and deadlines.
• Negotiate renewal and marketing results with carriers.
• Coordinate with team members and introduce cross-sale opportunities aligned with the strategic plan (Wellness, VB, Vital Incite, Pharmacy Solutions, Captive, etc.).
• Respond to escalated client inquiries and serve as the main point of contact.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of related experience; 5 to 7 years for Sr. Consultant designation with deeper mastery of technical skills.
• State Life & Health Licenses required.
• Strong technical knowledge of employee benefits and policies.
• Ability to understand the needs and requirements of clients from both strategic and tactical perspectives.

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $90K to $100K per year.
