Global Benefits Analyst - Leading Global Investment Firm
Location: On-site, New York, NY
Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 + Bonus

As the organization continues to grow, it is seeking a Global Benefits Analyst to join its dynamic Total Rewards team in New York City.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact role that supports strategic benefits operations across multiple regions. The position is ideal for a detail-oriented, employee-centric professional eager to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance culture.
As a Global Benefits Analyst, you'll help drive seamless delivery of benefits programs across the U.S. and globally. You'll serve as a trusted resource for employees, HR partners, and vendors-ensuring programs are compliant, efficient, and employee-focused.
Support administration of diverse benefit offerings: health, retirement, insurance, wellbeing, leaves, and gym reimbursements.
Act as a tier 1/2 contact for employee benefit inquiries with a white-glove service approach.
Manage key U.S. vendor relationships (fitness, spending accounts, benefit administration) and monitor service performance.
Lead new hire benefit orientation sessions and co-lead annual U.S. Open Enrollment execution.
Oversee annual U.S. welfare non-discrimination testing and ensure timely ACA reporting.
Partner with HR, payroll, and systems teams to maintain data integrity across platforms (Workday experience is a plus).
Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian regulations (e.g., ACA, ERISA, CRA).
Support audits, reconciliations, and government filings.
Collaborate on global benefits projects and harmonize policies across regions.
Continuously improve internal processes and employee communication strategies.
3-5 years of corporate benefits experience (financial or professional services experience is a plus).
Strong analytical and project management capabilities with sharp attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage external vendors and internal relationships effectively.
Skilled communicator with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; familiarity with HRIS/benefits platforms.
Bachelor's degree required; benefits certification (e.g., CEBS, WorldatWork) preferred.
Able to handle sensitive data with the highest level of confidentiality.
