How you create impact

As our Sea Logistics Training Expert, you will provide operational systems and general business field training to new users with effective training techniques and high quality documentation, including conducting online training and live training. You will monitor and report the completeness of training for both hard and soft skill competencies, research methods and techniques in workplace training, and remain up-to-date on developments within the industry and our competition. You will develop training concepts and learning paths for teams and individuals to drive productivity organically through upscaling the knowledge and competencies of our organization.

• Provide operational systems and general business field training to new users with effective trainingtechniques and high quality documentation, Including conducting online training and live training

• Ensure that all training is accurately recorded in the company's learning management system (LMS)

• Monitor and report the completeness of training for both hard and soft skill competencies

• Research methods and techniques in workplace training, remaining up-to-date on developments within theindustry and the competition

• Administer assessments to determine the effectiveness of training strategies

• Create high quality training material as per KN standards using available digital platforms/technology(myKN/Wiki)

• Develop training concepts and learning paths for teams and individuals

• Drive productivity organically through upscaling the knowledge and competencies of the organization

• Communicate and collaborate with internal Stakeholders

• Ensure that training is put at the very top of the priority list

• Map out plans for business change initiatives and requirements

What we would like you to bring

• 5 years' experience in Education, corporate training, and/or developing and administering trainings for Kuehne+Nagel

• You have the ability to develop and facilitate training programs on a large scale

• Domestic travel required for business purposes as well as some international travel

• Open to relocating to or sitting in one of our KN AsiaPAC sites

• Strong with written and spoken communication required

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
