TikTok Shop Operations Coordinator
Location: In-office – Midtown Manhattan
Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: $55,000/year base.
Benefits: 1 week paid vacation + all Jewish holidays off

About Us:
We are a growing e-commerce company with a strong presence on TikTok Shop, combining creative content with streamlined sales. We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to help us manage and expand our TikTok Shop operations from our Midtown Manhattan office.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the TikTok Shop account
• Manage content schedule and performance
• Coordinate with contributors and influencers
• Supervise affiliate relationships and performance metrics
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability
• Track sales and provide performance reports using Excel

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in social media management or e-commerce preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic functions like VLOOKUP, SUMIF, filters, etc. are a must)
• Ability to take initiative and manage multiple moving parts
• Familiarity with TikTok and its creator tools is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, content-driven environment
