The Lending, Analytics, and Beyond the Card Products Team within U.S. Consumer Services manages a suite of lending and non-card products and features, including Pay Over Time, Plan It, the Credit Limit Program, MyCredit Guide, Personal Loans, and Insurance. The team also leads pricing strategy development and drives data and analytics capabilities for the U.S. Consumer business. Our focus is on turning membership into a distinctive competitive advantage by deepening Card Member loyalty and increasing share of revenue wallet.
The Manager, Product Development will be responsible for driving goals of growing Card Member engagement and lend share through Credit Limit programs by owning and driving the product capabilities roadmap. This candidate should be passionate about leading large cross-functional teams to drive capability roadmap and new feature development from conceptualization to market launch. We are looking for a leader with vision who has proven product development skills, is a champion for the customer, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Drive vision and development of new features and capabilities for credit limit and income capture programs based on intimate knowledge of customer, business, and technology.
+ Lead strategy, capability development, UX, and execution for Bank Based Underwriting
+ Integrate customer research, usability studies, and market analysis into practical product requirements
+ Monitor product data and customer feedback post launch
+ Strengthen control management of credit limit programs to quickly identify and manage issues
+ Closely partner with New Product Development, Technology, Risk, Digital, Legal & Compliance, Control Management and more to ensure seamless execution while mitigating operational risks
**Qualifications**
+ Proven track record handling complexity in large multi-workstream initiatives and translating business and customer needs into technical requirements
+ Excels in a highly matrixed organization, capable of influencing and building internal alignment across lines of business and support groups
+ Self-motivated with ability to lead multiple project priorities, solve complex business problems through analytics, has a strong attention to detail and a can-do demeanor
+ Demonstrated understanding of lending economics
+ Previous direct or indirect experience in Product Development is strongly desired with experience in Agile or Scaled Agile Product Development environment preferred
**Qualifications**
Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually bonus benefits
