Japanese Bilingual Inside Sales Representative - Business Services

Location: New York, NY (Onsite)

FLSA: Non-Exempt, Full-Time

Work Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm with overtime

Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative plays the initial point of contact for prospective clients, identifying their needs and introducing them to valuable business solutions. You'll work closely with the corporate sales team, empowering them with qualified leads and essential resources.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

* Reach out to new potential clients via phone and email using company-provided contact lists.

* Understand client business challenges and articulate how our services provide solutions.

* Introduce offerings and secure appointments for the corporate sales team to manage the full sales cycle and negotiations.

* Support the planning, organizing, and execution of webinars designed to attract and inform potential customers, generating new leads.

* Follow up with webinar participants.

* Collaborate with the sales team to develop professional sales support materials using PowerPoint and Illustrator.

* Compile and extract relevant information from the internal customer database to support strategic outreach and sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

* Prior experience in a business-to-business (B2B) sales environment.

* Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English, encompassing speaking, reading, and writing at a business-professional level.

* Solid proficiency with essential Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

* A demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective strategies to achieve predefined goals.

* Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance. Maximum Salary: 55000.00
