ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and update digital and physical records of all families as required by governing agencies. Collaborate with clients to develop service plans based on an assessment of each familys needs. Assist families with connecting to community resources, support groups, and cultural services to provide social support. Assisting families with referrals to outside agencies for legal services, education, parenting, medical, and mental health services. Maintain and update case files bi-weekly to document progress. Adhere to all city and state guidelines for maintaining documents. Conducts unit inspections.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors or Associate degree. Fluency in languages other than English, particularly Spanish strongly preferred. Knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel

$45,000 - $50,000
TIME SHIFT: 9am -5pm
