You will assist in underwriting new investments and overall portfolio performance, This position requires a solid understanding of transaction structures, transaction and portfolio level risks, financial analysis, operational and financial risk.Primary Responsibilities:- Lead sections of underwriting and analysis of individual debt or equity facilities in alignment with the business risk appetite and in compliance with policies and procedures- Manage portfolio risk and collaborate with internal risk teams to ensure compliance.- Identify and implement efficiencies in underwriting and portfolio management processes.Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or military experience- At least 3 years of experience in underwriting, asset management, portfolio management or any combination of the threePreferred Qualifications:- Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field- Experience with construction lending, LIHTC investment, syndication, or asset management- Strong critical thinking, credit analysis and problem solving skillsThe minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.
